This medication is used effectively to improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and cold sensation caused by various diseases associated with chronic arterial occlusion, such as Buerger's disease, occlusive arterial sclerosis, and diabetic peripheral vascular disease. It helps assist blood circulation in patients, alleviating the discomfort caused by these symptoms. When these ischemic symptoms are improved, it can reduce the pain and cold sensations felt in daily life, thereby enhancing the quality of life. Therefore, this medication plays an important role in treating ischemic symptoms due to chronic arterial occlusion.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with active bleeding as it may increase the risk of bleeding. It is advisable for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medication. Patients who are menstruating or have a tendency for bleeding should use this medication cautiously. Patients taking anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents should be aware that their risk of bleeding may be increased. Patients with severely impaired renal function or the elderly may require dose adjustments and monitoring due to the impact on drug excretion. During the intake of this medication, careful monitoring for signs of bleeding, liver function abnormalities, or blood abnormalities is necessary. Allergic reactions, gastrointestinal symptoms, cardiovascular, and neurological side effects may occur, so if symptoms appear, consultation with a physician should be made immediately. Regular blood tests are recommended to check for adverse reactions or bleeding risks. When taken in conjunction with anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents, the risk of bleeding may increase, so caution is needed during co-administration. It is preferable for pregnant or nursing women to avoid taking this medication, and if necessary, breastfeeding should be avoided. Safety in pediatric patients has not been established, so it is advisable not to use it in children. In the elderly, drug concentration may increase due to decreased renal and liver function, so starting with a lower dose and closely monitoring the patient is necessary. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container is not advisable as it may compromise quality.
