This medicine helps replenish vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, illness, or after recovery, as well as in old age. It alleviates symptoms of peripheral circulatory disorders and menopause such as shoulder and neck stiffness, tingling, and coldness in the hands and feet. It is effective for pains including neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as inflammation symptoms of the skin and mucous membranes such as perioral inflammation, stomatitis, and glossitis. It also helps relieve symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue and improves muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Due to these effects, it is used for overall recovery of physical strength and symptom relief.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and above and adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals with allergies or hypersensitivity to specific ingredients. It is also safe for infants under 12 months, patients with severe kidney issues, and those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts to avoid taking this medicine. Patients with issues related to fat metabolism such as hyperlipidemia or diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis should use this medicine cautiously. This medicine contains the pigment Yellow No. 5, so individuals allergic to this ingredient should be careful. There may be interactions with other medications, so individuals taking phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa should avoid taking it together. Patients undergoing treatment, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with heart or circulatory diseases, those with reduced kidney function, and individuals with low protein levels must consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If during use symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, vomiting, irregular heartbeats, or neurological symptoms occur, use should be discontinued immediately and a specialist should be consulted. For women, menstrual changes or prolonged bleeding may occur, and there may be an increased risk of thrombosis when taken with certain contraceptives, so caution is required. Excessive intake of vitamin B6 can cause nerve damage, and administering high doses of vitamin B12 may lead to hematologic abnormalities, so one must be cautious. Overdose symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, swelling, and there is a risk of increased blood potassium levels when taken with certain diuretics, so caution is advised. If symptoms do not improve after taking for more than a month, it is advisable to consult a physician. Patients at risk of fat overload should regularly monitor their blood fat levels and adjust dosages accordingly. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, as it may change urine color to yellow, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid drinking teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, during or before and after taking this medicine. Keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is safest not to transfer it to other containers in order to maintain quality.
