Precautions

This medication is a topical anti-inflammatory analgesic used to reduce pain and inflammation. Before using this medication, it is important to check for any allergies to this drug or its ingredients. People with a history of allergy to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) or asthma should not use this medication. It is safe not to use this medication for children under 15 years old and women in the third trimester of pregnancy. Using this medication with other drugs containing the same ingredient increases the risk of side effects; therefore, it should not be used with other NSAIDs. Patients with bronchial asthma, skin infections, chronic illnesses, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and the elderly should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before use. Especially in the third trimester of pregnancy, this drug can affect delivery, so it should not be used, and it should be used minimally in the first two trimesters only when absolutely necessary. This drug can be transmitted through breast milk, so breastfeeding mothers should also avoid using it. Elderly patients are at a higher risk of adverse reactions from the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal system, and kidneys, so caution is advised. If you experience red spots, rashes, swelling, itching, pain, blisters, or other reactions while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Severe reactions such as hypersensitivity or asthma attacks may occur rarely, so seek immediate advice from a specialist if any abnormal symptoms arise. This medication is a symptomatic treatment and does not treat the underlying cause, so if symptoms persist, consult healthcare personnel. After 2 weeks of use, reassess treatment effectiveness and the presence of side effects. Do not use on the eyes, mucous membranes, damaged skin, or rash areas, and do not use with occlusive dressings. Beware that irritation or tingling may occur if there is skin damage. Using with certain antibiotics may pose a risk of seizures; if seizures occur, immediate appropriate treatment is necessary. Be cautious of serious side effects like hypotension, renal failure, seizures, gastrointestinal discomfort, and respiratory depression if used excessively. This medication can affect kidney function, so when used with diuretics, carefully monitor renal status. It may also increase the risk of serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, so when used with anticoagulants, closely monitor for signs of bleeding. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, preferably in its original sealed container.
