Alphatirin Lid Capsules (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer choline alfoscerate 400 mg orally 2～3 times daily. Adjust the dose appropriately according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to this drug or any of its components. Furthermore, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication. Nausea may occur while taking this drug, which may be related to the action of the neurotransmitter dopamine in the brain. If such symptoms appear, it may be necessary to reduce the dosage of the medication. Caution is required as this may affect the digestive system and cause gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders. Mental or neurological symptoms may include drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, and in severe cases, seizures or excessive physical activity. This medication should be stored out of reach of children in a safe place to prevent accidental ingestion. Additionally, transferring the medication to another container may lead to deterioration of quality or accidents, so it is advisable to keep it in its original container.
