The vitamins B2 (Riboflavin Phosphate Sodium) and B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride) contained in this medication are helpful for physical fatigue or weakness during pregnancy, lactation, and periods of illness and recovery. Additionally, it is effective in alleviating symptoms of inflammation in the oral and perioral regions, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It can also be used to alleviate skin symptoms such as eczema and dermatitis. Furthermore, it helps relieve muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is used for the recovery from fatigue, improvement of skin health, and normalization of muscle function.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older: Take 20 mL twice a day. Dilute with a little water as needed.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components or have experienced hypersensitivity reactions. Moreover, it should not be taken by infants under 12 months old or patients with severe kidney dysfunction. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and medications such as Levodopa. Patients receiving treatment from a physician, pregnant women or women with the possibility of pregnancy, nursing mothers, premature infants, toddlers, patients with heart or circulatory system dysfunction, renal impairment, and patients with hypoalbuminemia should consult a physician, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, this medication contains caramel, so it should be taken with caution if there is an allergy or hypersensitivity to caramel. If serious symptoms such as red spots, diarrhea, or cardiac arrest occur during the use, or if there are signs of central nervous system impairment, use should be stopped immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. Long-term use of pyridoxine at doses above 500 mg to 2 g per day can lead to neurological symptoms, so caution is necessary. High doses may exacerbate peptic ulcers or cause disturbances in blood sugar control, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Moreover, excessive doses may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so caution is required. When taken with an antialdosterone agent or triamterene, there is a risk of hyperkalemia, hence consulting a healthcare professional is essential. In case of overdose, consult a healthcare professional immediately, and if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, discontinue and consult a physician. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed methodology and dosage, as urine may turn yellow and affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after administration.
