Relief of symptoms such as peripheral blood circulation disorders (shoulder stiffness, cold hands and feet) and neuralgia
This medication is used to supply vitamins E, B1, and B6 that are necessary for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, when physical strength is diminished due to illness or after illness, and in old age. It also helps relieve symptoms of shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness or coldness of the hands and feet associated with peripheral vascular disorders and menopause. It is effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and is used to improve oral problems such as inflammation around the mouth, stomatitis, and glossitis. It shows good effects on skin diseases including dermatitis and eczema, and is helpful for alleviation of beri-beri (Beriberi syndrome) and eye fatigue. It is also used to treat muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medication contributes to health improvement through overall enhancement of physical strength and alleviation of various symptoms.
Individuals aged 12 and older: Take 1 capsule once, twice a day.
This medication should not be taken by individuals who are hypersensitive to this medication or any of its components. Infants under 12 months old or patients with severe renal failure, and individuals allergic or hypersensitive to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also avoid taking this medication. While taking this medication, it is important not to take certain drugs such as phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Women who are receiving medical treatment, are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory problems, kidney disease, or low protein blood levels should also consult an expert before taking this medication. Patients with disorders in fat metabolism, such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis, or those who need to use lipid emulsions cautiously should be careful. If symptoms such as gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, nausea, vomiting, red spots, abnormal heartbeats, or central nervous system function impairment occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult an expert. Menstrual cycles may become shorter or bleeding may persist longer, and women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with a tendency for thrombosis may have an increased risk of thromboembolism. Long-term high doses of pyridoxine can cause neurological disorders, and patients with folate deficiency may experience blood abnormalities when taking high doses of vitamin B12. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema, so caution is required. Be cautious of the risk of hyperkalemia when taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene. If there is no improvement in symptoms after about a month of use, consult an expert. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and to avoid consuming teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea before and after taking the medication. Patients who are at risk for fat overload should monitor plasma lipid levels and adjust the dosing of this medication as needed, and consider total lipid quantity when being treated with other lipid agents. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry, tightly sealed container to prevent quality degradation and misuse. Additionally, do not transfer to another container.

This medication must be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is advisable to maintain the storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
