1. Maximum 3200 mg per day. 2. Mild to moderate pain, cold: Administer 200-400 mg orally as a single dose, 3-4 times daily. 3. Migraine: Administer 200-400 mg orally as a single dose and do not exceed 24 hours of 2 capsules.
Children's dosage
1. Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis: Administer 30-40 mg per kg of body weight orally, divided into 3-4 doses daily. 2. Adolescents aged 12 years and older: Administer 200-400 mg orally as a single dose, 3-4 times daily.

This medication is effective for fever and pain related to colds, low back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis and juvenile rheumatoid arthritis, as well as osteoarthritis and postoperative pain relief. It is also used for various types of pain such as headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscle pain, and neuralgia. It helps with inflammatory and painful conditions, including ankylosing spondylitis, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis, soft tissue injuries (such as sprains and bruises), tendinitis, tenosynovitis, and bursitis.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

1. Rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, soft tissue injuries, non-articular rheumatic diseases, acute gout, psoriatic arthritis: Administer 200-600 mg orally as a single dose, 3-4 times daily. Maximum 3200 mg per day. 2. Mild to moderate pain, cold: Administer 200-400 mg orally as a single dose, 3-4 times daily. 3. Migraine: Administer 200-400 mg orally as a single dose and do not exceed 24 hours of 2 capsules.

Precautions

This medicine can cause gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who frequently consume more than three drinks per day; therefore, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction or stroke in individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors or those taking it for a long time. Patients with hypertension, heart failure, ischemic heart disease, etc., should be cautious when using this medication, and high doses should be avoided. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal problems such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, thus caution is necessary for the elderly or long-term users. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal disorders, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, hypertension, or allergies to medication components should not use this medication. Patients with bronchial asthma or those who have had hypersensitivity reactions to aspirin and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should also avoid taking this drug. Pregnant women in late pregnancy should not take this medicine due to the risk of premature closure of the ductus arteriosus. Do not exceed the recommended dosage when taking this medication, and do not take it with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Breastfeeding women should stop breastfeeding or discontinue the medication due to the possibility of side effects in infants as it can be transmitted through breast milk. Individuals with blood disorders, liver or kidney diseases, heart diseases, hypertension, or a history of hypersensitivity should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication taken with aspirin may reduce the heart-protective effects of aspirin and increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, so caution is needed. There may also be interactions with ACE inhibitors, lithium, diuretics, methotrexate, anticoagulants, and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs), thus consult a doctor. If symptoms such as shock, respiratory distress, severe skin rash, abnormal liver functions, blood disorders, or gastrointestinal bleeding occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional. This medication should be used at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests should be conducted during long-term use. Patients with hypertension should carefully monitor blood pressure changes while taking this medication, and patients with heart failure or edema should use it cautiously. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, there is a risk of fetal renal dysfunction and oligohydramnios; therefore, it should be taken at the minimum dose for the shortest duration and amniotic fluid status should be checked by ultrasound if necessary. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in its original container.

Interactions

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken by patients receiving high-dose methotrexate as part of cancer therapy. Do not take with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients taking low-dose aspirin, ACE inhibitors, lithium, furosemide and thiazide diuretics, low-dose methotrexate, coumarin anticoagulants (such as warfarin), and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors should consult a doctor or pharmacist.

This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is essential to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
