The vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, and zinc included in this medicine help supply necessary nutrients during physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and recovery from illness, as well as during growth and old age. It is particularly effective for smooth bone and tooth development or in preventing rickets. It also alleviates symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain (such as low back pain and shoulder stiffness), and is used to relieve fatigue of the eyes and other various symptoms and conditions, serving as a health supplement.

How to take

For children aged 8 and older, take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, which is an inflammation disease of unknown origin, and individuals with kidney disorders. Also, anyone allergic to this medicine or its ingredients, infants under 12 months old, or patients with kidney stones should not take it. This medicine contains lactose, so individuals with galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or genetic issues related to glucose-galactose absorption issues should not take it. During the use of this medicine, it is advised not to take drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under 1 year old, people currently undergoing treatment by a doctor, children receiving ample sunlight and normal diet, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants should consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Moreover, people with gastrointestinal disorders such as peptic ulcers, chronic ulcerative colitis, or localized colitis, as well as those with heart and circulatory problems, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, or a history of kidney stones should consult a professional. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, foul odor from sweat or breath, loose stools, upper abdominal pain, diarrhea, digestive disorders, low blood pressure, anxiety, hair loss, edema, dermatitis, etc., occur while taking this medicine, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive doses of pyridoxine can cause neurological disorders, so caution is needed. In case of overdose, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, so caution should be exercised. Moreover, taking it alongside an aldosterone antagonist or triamterene may increase blood potassium levels, so caution is warranted. The prescribed dosage and usage must be strictly adhered to, and supervision by a guardian is required when administered to children. This medicine may affect blood glucose detection during urine tests and change urine color to yellow, potentially affecting clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, around the time of taking this medicine. When storing, keep it in a container that prevents air entry, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place, and ensure it is out of reach of children. It is also important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.

Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, loose stools, upper abdominal pain, diarrhea, digestive disorders, gastrointestinal disturbances, low blood pressure, agitation, hair loss, dermatitis, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema (swelling), sensory neuropathy, or neurological symptoms (functional disturbances of the peripheral nervous system), interference with blood glucose tests, yellow discoloration of urine.

Drug interactions

This medicine should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. If taken with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is recommended.
