This medication contains vitamin B1, B2, and B6, which help when experiencing physical fatigue or during periods of decreased physical strength due to pregnancy, lactation, or illness. It also alleviates symptoms of neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia (including lumbar pain and shoulder stiffness), and is effective for peripheral neuropathy (tingling in the hands and feet) and eye fatigue. Overall, it is used for recovery of physical strength, pain relief, and improvement of fatigue.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 12 and older: Take 1 tablet once daily after meals

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (high calcium levels in the blood), sarcoidosis (a systemic inflammatory disease of unknown origin), or those with kidney disease. Additionally, individuals with an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients, infants under 12 months old, kidney stone patients, severe renal failure patients, and those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should avoid taking it. It is important not to take this medication concurrently with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or medications like levodopa. If you are under 1 year old, receiving medical treatment, pregnant, or breastfeeding, or have heart or circulatory problems, kidney disorders, hypoalbuminemia, are taking cardiac glycosides, or have abnormalities in lipid metabolism, you must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Discontinue use and consult a specialist immediately if you experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, oral inflammation, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, constipation, low blood pressure, facial flushing, irregular heartbeats, skin rashes, itching, or swelling. Also, taking high doses for an extended period can lead to peripheral neuropathy, blood abnormalities, peptic ulcers, blood sugar control issues, liver damage, and hyperuricemia, so caution is warranted. This medication should be taken exactly as prescribed, with parental supervision required when administered to children. Urine may turn yellow during use, and it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea. In addition, patients with lipid metabolism issues should regularly check their blood lipid levels to adjust the dosage of this medication, and if using other lipid injectables, the amounts should be adjusted. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place in a sealed container. For quality maintenance, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
