This medication contains vitamin E and vitamin B1 that can help with physical fatigue, decreased stamina during pregnancy and lactation, physical weakness during and after illness, and aging. It is also used to relieve stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness and coldness in the hands and feet caused by peripheral circulatory disorders and menopausal symptoms. It is effective in relieving pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and also helps improve leg pain and eye fatigue. Additionally, it is used to relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medication improves overall blood circulation and the health of nerves and muscles to help patients maintain a more comfortable daily life.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and older and adults: Take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components. Babies under 12 months or patients with severe renal impairment should not take this medication. People who are allergic to soybean oil or soybeans, peanuts should also not take this medication. During the treatment, phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline drugs, and antacids should not be taken together. Individuals currently undergoing other treatments, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those with gastrointestinal diseases or issues with cardiac and renal function should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Additionally, patients with low protein blood levels, hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis should be cautious when taking this medication. If discomforts such as nausea, vomiting, bloating, rashes, nausea, diarrhea, constipation, red spots, dizziness, abnormal heartbeats, central nervous system dysfunction, dermatitis, hair loss, restlessness, or changes in menstruation occur during treatment, the medication should be stopped immediately and a specialist consulted. Consultation is also necessary if menstrual cycles accelerate or if bleeding persists for a long time. Women taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as the use of vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. In the case of overdose, severe symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, swelling, and heart failure may occur, so caution is needed. Caution is advised when taking with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene, as potassium levels in the blood may increase. If symptoms do not improve even after a month of taking this medication, it is advisable to consult a doctor. This medication must be taken according to prescribed directions and dosage, and it is recommended to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before or after taking it. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly check blood lipid levels to adjust the dosage of this medication. If used in combination with other lipid injections, the dosage should be adjusted accordingly. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and tightly sealed. For quality maintenance, it is important not to transfer the medication to other containers.
