It should not be administered to patients with allergies to certain components, severely impaired liver or kidney function, or those with obstructive biliary diseases. Caution is required when using this medication in the elderly or in patients with elevated potassium levels, or liver dysfunction. Although this medication lowers blood pressure, side effects such as dizziness, hypotension, electrolyte imbalance, liver dysfunction, and skin rashes may occur. This medication may interact with other antihypertensive drugs, lithium, potassium supplements, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc., so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should not use this medication, and breastfeeding women should also avoid it if possible. In case of overdose, it can lead to hypotension, arrhythmias, electrolyte imbalances, and dehydration, so contact a medical facility immediately.
