Precautions

This medication should not be used by certain patients. For example, individuals with an allergy to this drug or its components or who have previously experienced hypersensitivity reactions, those with peptic ulcers, or severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases may find this medication risky. Additionally, those who have had allergic reactions to specific medications (e.g., COX-2 inhibitors, aspirin, sulfonamides, etc.), pregnant women, or women who might become pregnant should avoid this medication due to the risk of miscarriage or preterm birth. Individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, peanuts, etc. should also avoid this medication. Caution is advised when using this medication in certain patients. In particular, patients with a history of peptic ulcers, cardiovascular diseases, liver or kidney function abnormalities, bronchial asthma, or those on neuropsychiatric drugs should use this medication with care as its safety and effectiveness have not been established. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders need to carefully monitor their blood lipid levels while using this medication. Upon taking this medication, digestive symptoms (e.g., heartburn, dyspepsia), facial or systemic swelling, fatigue, itching, or hematologic abnormalities may occur; if such symptoms arise, immediate consultation with healthcare professionals is necessary. Particularly, patients with a history of peptic ulcers or those with fluid retention or heart failure should be extra cautious when taking this medication, and individuals who consume alcohol frequently should be careful due to the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Because of the potential for increased adverse effects, this medication should not be combined with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin, corticosteroids, or others without consulting a healthcare professional. During treatment, vigilant observation is required for any atypical symptoms related to cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, liver, and kidney function. If unusual symptoms occur, treatment should be promptly discontinued, and diagnosis obtained. Regular blood tests, liver and kidney function tests, and ECGs should be performed, and appropriate measures taken if abnormalities are discovered. Severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur, and immediate emergency treatment is required if symptoms manifest. This medication cannot replace corticosteroids or be used in the treatment of deficiencies. It may mask symptoms related to inflammation, potentially delaying the diagnosis of infectious complications, so caution is warranted. If dizziness or drowsiness occurs while taking this medication, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Due to the herbal components like Gastrodia elata, Angelica gigas, and Ligusticum wallichii, gastrointestinal disturbances or skin rashes may occur; if such symptoms arise, discontinue use and consult a professional. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders should check their blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage if necessary; caution is also needed when using other lipid-influencing injections concurrently. Research on interactions between this medication and others is insufficient, so consultation with a specialist is recommended when considering concomitant use. Safety for pregnant women, women who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, children, and adolescents has not been established, so usage should be avoided or discussed with a professional. Elderly patients may be more susceptible to adverse reactions, so their condition should be closely monitored during treatment. In case of overdose, immediate precise diagnosis and treatment at a hospital are necessary. Lastly, this medication should be stored out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container could decrease quality or increase the risk of accidents, so it is important to handle it with care.
