Coliasenlid Capsule (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dosage

Administer 400 mg of choline alfoscerate orally 2–3 times daily. Adjust the dose appropriately according to symptoms.

This drug should not be used by anyone who is allergic to this medication or its components. Additionally, it is safe for pregnant women or women who may become pregnant not to take this medicine. Nausea may occur while taking this medication, which affects dopamine. If such symptoms develop, it is advisable to reduce the dosage. It may affect the digestive tract and can cause gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders, so caution must be exercised. It may also affect the nervous system, leading to drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, or nervous conditions, and in severe cases, seizures or excessive motor activity may occur. This medicine should be stored out of reach of children. Furthermore, transferring the drug to another container may reduce its quality or lead to accidents, so it should be avoided.
