Lactbio Capsule (Bacillus licheniformis)

Adult dose

Adults should take 2 capsules 3 times a day. For the first dose, take 4 capsules.

Child dose

Children should take 1 capsule 3 times a day. Infants may take the contents of the capsule mixed with a small amount of water or milk.

This medication contains lactose, so it should not be used by patients with a genetic problem that prevents proper digestion of lactose. In addition, patients currently undergoing treatment by a physician should use this medication with caution. This medication must be used according to the prescribed method and dosage. If symptoms do not improve after about a month of use, it should be discontinued and a pharmacist or physician consulted. Consultation with a pharmacist or physician is especially necessary before use in infants under 3 months old. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to prevent misuse of the medication and to maintain its quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.

Drug interactions

This medication should be used together with ciprofloxacin, imipenem, and cilastatin sodium only after consulting with a physician or pharmacist.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to avoid exposure to air or moisture. It is best to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
