Precautions

This medication should not be used by those who have had allergic reactions to this drug or its components. Patients who have experienced asthma attacks due to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) should avoid this medication as it may increase the risk of severe asthmatic attacks. The safety of this drug has not been sufficiently established in children under 15 years, so its use is not recommended. In the third trimester of pregnancy, it may pose risks to the fetus and mother and should not be used. Co-administration with other drugs containing the same ingredients or NSAIDs may increase the risk of side effects, thus such combinations should be avoided. Those with bronchial asthma or inflammation accompanied by skin infections must consult a physician or pharmacist before use. In cases of chronic disease, consult a healthcare professional before using this drug and closely monitor the condition. The safety of this drug has not been clearly established in the first and second trimesters of pregnancy, hence it should only be used if necessary at the minimal effective dose and for the shortest duration. Nursing women should avoid its use as it may pass into breast milk. Elderly patients are at higher risk for serious side effects such as cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and renal issues, so caution is necessary. If skin redness, swelling, itching, blisters, etc. occur during use, discontinue and consult a physician immediately. In case of severe skin reactions or allergic symptoms, seek medical assistance promptly. This medication is symptomatic treatment and does not address the underlying causes; therefore, effectiveness and side effects should be re-evaluated with prolonged use. Avoid use on eyes or mucous membranes, and do not apply to damaged skin, eczema, or rash areas. Do not cover the medication with a sealing bandage, and take care as irritation or numbness may occur if the skin is damaged. When used with certain antibiotics, there is a risk of seizures, thus any unusual symptoms should be promptly treated. Overdose may lead to serious side effects like hypotension, renal impairment, seizures, gastrointestinal discomfort, and respiratory suppression, requiring caution. This medication can affect renal function, so when used concurrently with diuretics, renal status should be closely monitored. Due to the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, perforation, etc., patients with gastrointestinal diseases or bleeding risks should use cautiously. Especially when used with warfarin or other anticoagulant medications, carefully monitor for bleeding risks. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place. Store in its original container and avoid transferring to other containers as this may degrade the quality and increase the risk of misuse.
