How to take

Adult dose

As dexibuprofen, 300 mg orally 2 to 4 times a day. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen in one day.

Drug interactions

Do not take this medicine with aspirin, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or high doses of methotrexate. Corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors or angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, coumarin anticoagulants, baclofen, immunosuppressants (cyclosporine, tacrolimus, sirolimus), thrombolytics, or antiplatelet agents should be used with caution.
