Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals who have had allergic reactions to this product or its components. Individuals who have experienced asthma attacks due to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications should avoid using this product, as it may trigger severe asthma attacks. It should not be used by children under 15 years of age or pregnant women in the third trimester as safety has not been established. Other diclofenac formulations or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not be used concurrently with this medication. Patients with bronchial asthma, especially those with aspirin-induced asthma, should consult a physician or pharmacist before using this product. When used on areas of inflammation accompanied by infection, it should be administered with appropriate antimicrobial or antifungal agents, and the condition should be closely monitored. When used for chronic conditions like arthritis, other treatment methods should be considered, and the patient's condition must be monitored carefully. During pregnancy, especially in the third trimester, it should not be used due to risks of delayed labor, bleeding, and fetal cardiopulmonary issues. During the first and second trimester of pregnancy, it should only be used if necessary, for the minimum duration and dosage, and women who may become infertile should consider the use of this medication with caution. Lactating women should avoid using this medication as it may be transmitted through breast milk. Elderly patients are at higher risk for cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, and renal side effects and should use the minimum dosage with caution, paying attention to adverse reactions. If symptoms such as red spots, rashes, itching, swelling, or blisters occur on the skin during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. This medication aids in symptom relief and does not treat the underlying cause, so treatment outcomes should be evaluated periodically. It should not be applied to the eyes, mucous membranes, or damaged skin areas, and should not be used in conjunction with occlusive dressings. Care should be taken when using this product with specific antimicrobial quinolone antibiotics due to the risk of seizures. Overuse may result in serious side effects such as hypotension, renal failure, seizures, gastrointestinal discomfort, and respiratory depression. This medication may worsen renal function when used with diuretics, so the renal status should be monitored closely. Due to the risk of serious gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations, caution is needed when used with medications that may increase bleeding risk. This medication should be stored out of reach of children in a cool, dry place and kept in its original container away from direct sunlight.
