This medication is used to supply vitamins and zinc necessary during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, during and after illness, and in childhood and old age. Vitamin D helps improve deficiencies in bone and dental development and prevent rickets. Vitamin B1 is effective for relief of neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 are used to alleviate symptoms of inflammation around the mouth and skin diseases. Zinc also plays an important role in strengthening immune function and healing wounds. In this way, it aids in overall health improvement and symptom alleviation.
Dosage and Administration

Precautions
This drug should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, those suffering from sarcoidosis (an idiopathic systemic inflammatory disease), or anyone with kidney disease. Moreover, those allergic to this medication or its components, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should also avoid taking this medication. During the course of this medication, it is advisable not to take phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and drugs like levodopa together. Infants under 1 year old, currently treated patients, children exposed to excessive sunlight, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, and young children should always consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Those suffering from gastrointestinal diseases such as peptic ulcers or chronic ulcerative colitis, individuals with heart or circulatory system issues, those with kidney disorders, patients with hypoproteinemia, and those with a history of gout or kidney stones should also exercise caution. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rashes, arrhythmias, central nervous system alterations, dermatitis, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. Long-term use of high doses may lead to tolerance, and the intake of certain vitamins may result in nerve damage or hematological abnormalities, so caution is advised. Moreover, high-dose consumption may exacerbate peptic ulcers, disrupt blood sugar management, cause hyperuricemia, and lead to liver damage and gastrointestinal symptoms or edema, as well as heart issues. There is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with specific diuretics, so caution should be exercised. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and method, and when giving it to children, supervision by an adult is required. During consumption, it may affect the results of certain urine tests, and the color of urine may change, so this should be noted. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Finally, this medicine should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry environment. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.

Drug interactions
