The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication are particularly helpful for physical fatigue and decreased strength during pregnancy and lactation, as well as after illness and in old age. Additionally, it is effective in alleviating symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness and cold hands and feet associated with peripheral circulation disorders and menopause. The medication helps relieve various pains such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, as well as oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, and skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. It also contributes to relieving fatigue in the eyes and is used to alleviate muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. These vitamins are utilized for overall physical strength enhancement and the relief of various symptoms.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 years and older: take 1 capsule twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergic reactions to this medication or any of its ingredients. Infants under 12 months old and patients with severe renal failure should not use this medication. Those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, and peanuts should also avoid this medication. Patients with issues related to fat metabolism such as hyperlipidemia, diabetic dyslipidemia, and pancreatitis should use this medication with caution. This medication contains a dye called Yellow No. 5, so individuals allergic to this ingredient should be careful. It should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline formulations, antacids, or levodopa. Women undergoing treatment, those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and individuals with heart or kidney issues must consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, rash, nausea, or vomiting occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a professional consulted. If menstruation occurs sooner than usual or bleeding lasts for an extended period, it should also be stopped and assessed. Notably, women taking oral contraceptives or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term, high-dose use of pyridoxine can lead to neurological disorders, so precautions should be taken. Patients deficient in folate who take high doses of vitamin B12 may experience hematological adverse reactions. Overdose may result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure, so caution is advised. Co-administration with certain diuretics may pose a risk of hyperkalemia, so a healthcare professional should be consulted. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, the medication should be discontinued and advice sought. While taking this medication, plasma lipid levels should be regularly checked to monitor for fat overload, and dosing may need to be adjusted if necessary. Mild side effects
Stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness (hyperemia), nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, menstruation may occur earlier than expected or increase in amount, prolonged bleeding, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological adverse reactions, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, edema, hyperkalemia, urine may change to yellow, effects on clinical test results.
