The vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, and E contained in this medication help replenish energy in conditions such as physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, post-illness recovery, and aging. Additionally, it is effective in relieving symptoms such as stiffness of the shoulders and neck, numbness and coldness of hands and feet, associated with peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopause. It also assists in alleviating pain related to neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as in relieving fatigue of the eyes. Therefore, this medication is used for energy enhancement, blood circulation improvement, and pain relief in various ages and conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: 1 tablet at a time, taken 1 to 2 times a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its components. Additionally, infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication. During the course of treatment, this medication should not be taken alongside levodopa. Individuals receiving medical treatment or those with specific diseases should consult with a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. For example, this includes individuals with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, premature infants, children, patients with gout, or individuals with kidney stones. If symptoms such as oral inflammation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, gastrointestinal discomfort, skin rashes or redness appear, the medication should be stopped immediately, and a healthcare professional should be consulted. If there is an increase in menstrual flow or prolonged bleeding while taking this medication, immediate consultation with a healthcare professional is advised. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients with thrombotic tendencies should exercise caution, as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance; therefore, the prescribed dosage and administration must be adhered to. Also, prolonged intake of pyridoxine at doses between 500 mg and 2 g may cause neurological abnormalities, requiring caution. Patients with folic acid deficiency taking over a certain amount of vitamin B12 may experience hematological reactions, thus consulting a professional is advised. If there is an overdose or symptoms do not improve even after approximately one month of use, immediate consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed administration and dosage and may affect blood glucose detection during urinalysis, and may cause urine to appear yellow, thus influencing clinical test results.
