Efficacy & effects

Improvement in blood pressure control for essential hypertension through the combination of Amlodipine and Valsartan

  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

For patients with essential hypertension, this medication is used when blood pressure is not well controlled with either Amlodipine or Valsartan alone. It effectively lowers blood pressure and helps reduce cardiovascular risks by using both medications together. Good management of blood pressure helps prevent complications such as heart disease or stroke. Therefore, this medication is recommended for patients with essential hypertension who require continuous blood pressure control.
