View approved original text

This treatment is used when blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled with amlodipine or valsartan monotherapy in patients with essential hypertension. In these cases, the two medications can be combined for more effective blood pressure reduction. This treatment helps improve blood pressure control and reduces the risk of cardiovascular complications. Therefore, it is appropriately used in patients who have difficulty controlling their blood pressure to help maintain health.
