Vitamins C and E are helpful when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, when energy levels decrease due to illness or after illness, and in old age. They are also effective in alleviating symptoms like shoulder and neck stiffness, tingling in hands and feet, and chilliness that occur with peripheral circulatory disorders or during menopause. Vitamins can help in improving skin pigmentation, such as melasma and freckles. They are also used to prevent bleeding, such as gum bleeding or nosebleeds. Zinc plays an important role in maintaining bodily functions, so it is beneficial to supply it in these situations. These nutrients are used for overall health improvement and symptom relief.
