This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension who have difficulty controlling blood pressure with monotherapy using Telmisartan and Amlodipine and patients who require concomitant treatment with Rosuvastatin. The Telmisartan/Amlodipine combination effectively lowers blood pressure to treat hypertension, while Rosuvastatin helps manage hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia. Additionally, Rosuvastatin contributes to delaying the progression of atherosclerosis and reducing the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and arterial revascularization in high-risk patients. As a result, this medication is effective in maintaining cardiovascular health and preventing complications. Therefore, it is used to treat patients with both hypertension and dyslipidemia.
