Alon Eye Drops 0.18% (Sodium Hyaluronate) (Single Use)

Adult eye dose

Instill 1 drop at a time, 5-6 times a day. Adjust according to symptoms. Immediately discard any remaining liquid and container after use.

This medication should not be used in patients who are allergic to specific ingredients or protein-based drugs. While using, symptoms such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, conjunctivitis, redness, corneal damage, and a feeling of foreign body sensation may occur, and rarely, eye discharge or eye pain may develop. If these symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate measures. Additionally, hypersensitivity reactions such as eyelid inflammation or dermatitis may occur, so if any symptoms arise, stop using the medication and seek treatment. The likelihood of side effects may increase when used with steroid medications, dry eye therapies, antibiotics, glaucoma medications, antihistamines, cataract treatments, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The phosphate component in this medication may rarely cause corneal calcification in patients with severe corneal damage, so caution should be exercised. Do not use this medication simultaneously with other eye drops; if necessary, ensure to use this medication at least 30 minutes after using other eye drops. This medication is an eye drop intended for use only in the eyes, and care should be taken to avoid contact of the tip of the container with the eyelids or eyelashes. For single-use products, discard the first 1-2 drops before use, and immediately use what is left after opening, discarding any remaining solution or container. To prevent contamination, it is recommended not to share. Store out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool place. For maintaining quality, do not transfer to other containers.

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. The suitable storage temperature is between 1°C and 25°C in a cool place. Avoid extremely hot or cold locations and store in a place that does not receive direct sunlight.
