This medication is used to improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness caused by peripheral vascular diseases like chronic arterial occlusive disease. It also helps to prevent recurrence following a cerebral infarction. If cilostazol monotherapy is insufficient, the therapeutic effect can be enhanced by combining cilostazol with ginkgo biloba extract. This combination therapy is effective in improving blood circulation and alleviating symptoms. Consequently, this treatment is used for symptoms and prevention of recurrence in patients with peripheral vascular disease and cerebral infarction.
