This medication is used to relieve various types of pain, including headache, toothache, postoperative pain, sore throat, ear pain, joint pain, neuralgia, low back pain, muscle pain, shoulder pain, contusion pain, fracture pain, sprain pain, and menstrual pain. It also has antipyretic effects, helping to reduce body temperature when there are chills or fever. In other words, it is effective in improving pain and fever symptoms from various causes.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults and individuals aged 15 and older, take 2 tablets at a time, three times a day, avoiding empty stomach. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication should be used with caution by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as it can increase the risk of gastric bleeding, and they must consult with a physician or pharmacist. People with cardiovascular diseases or at risk for cardiovascular issues, such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and smoking, should avoid long-term high-dose use of this medication, and careful evaluation is necessary before use. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or have a history of asthma attacks triggered by it, infants less than 3 months old, and those with certain genetic lactase deficiency disorders should not take this medication. Do not take this medication with other antipyretics, cold medications, or sedatives, and consult with a healthcare professional before use if specific diseases or symptoms are present. If any symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, or swelling occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. In children, it is generally recommended to avoid use in those under 2 years of age unless in special cases. Follow the prescribed dosage and avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment. Caution should be taken when used with certain diuretics or medications containing licorice, as this may lead to myopathy or hypokalemia. Starting from the 20th week of pregnancy, there is a risk of fetal renal function abnormalities and oligohydramnios, so it should only be used in the minimum effective dose for a short period if absolutely necessary, and use should be avoided after the 30th week of pregnancy. This medication should be stored out of the reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place. Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other antipyretics, cold medications, or sedatives. If you are taking diabetes medication, gout medication, arthritis medication, anticoagulants, steroids, low-dose aspirin, diuretics, potassium-containing medications, preparations containing licorice, glycyrrhizin or its salts, loop diuretics, or thiazide diuretics, consult with a doctor or pharmacist.
