This medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease; individuals with a history of heart or cerebrovascular disease or risk factors should carefully consider taking it. The risk of cardiovascular issues increases as the dosage and duration of treatment increase, so it is advisable to take the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible. It can cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, so elderly patients or those with a history of gastrointestinal disease should be particularly cautious. Individuals with active peptic ulcers or bleeding, those allergic to this medication or similar drugs, patients with severe heart failure, and late-stage pregnant women should not take this medication. Patients with impaired kidney or liver function, or those with a history of hypertension or asthma, should take it cautiously under medical guidance. If symptoms such as dizziness, skin rash, difficulty breathing, or gastrointestinal bleeding occur during use, consult medical personnel immediately. This medication interacts with many other drugs, so those taking additional medications should consult with their doctor or pharmacist. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to avoid this medication, and women planning to become pregnant should also exercise caution. Safety has not been established for use in children and adolescents, so it is preferable not to use it. Elderly individuals are at a higher risk of side effects like gastrointestinal bleeding, so special precautions should be taken during use. In cases of overdose, symptoms such as gastrointestinal irritation, hypotension, respiratory depression, and seizures may occur, requiring immediate medical attention.
