It is advisable to avoid this medication for children under 15 years of age and pregnant women in the third trimester as its safety has not been established. During the use of this medication, other diclofenac products or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should not be used concurrently. Patients with bronchial asthma, infections accompanied by inflammation, chronic conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and the elderly should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Especially in the third trimester of pregnancy, serious side effects such as delayed delivery, bleeding, and fetal cardiopulmonary problems may occur, so it should not be used. This medication can cause severe allergic reactions or symptoms such as rash, redness, swelling, and itching on the skin, and if these symptoms occur, immediate discontinuation and consultation with a physician is required. Furthermore, this medication is not a fundamental treatment for the underlying cause and is merely a symptomatic relief therapy; reevaluation is necessary if used for more than two weeks. It should not be applied to the eyes, mucous membranes, or damaged skin and should not be covered with a sealed bandage. Caution is needed as using this drug with specific classes of antibiotics may increase the risk of seizures. In cases of overdose, there may be systemic adverse reactions such as hypotension, kidney problems, seizures, gastrointestinal discomfort, and respiratory depression. Patients with impaired renal function should be closely monitored for potential deterioration of kidney function when this medication is used in conjunction with diuretics. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal issues such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforation, and the risk of bleeding may increase when taken with anticoagulants.
