Additionally, symptoms like obesity, swelling, and constipation may also occur, indicating a need for overall health management. These symptoms can be interrelated, so appropriate treatment and lifestyle improvements are essential. This medication helps alleviate hypertension and its accompanying symptoms, and it is effective in improving obesity, swelling, and constipation symptoms.
Typically, adults should take 3 tablets 3 times a day before meals or between meals.
This medication should not be taken by pregnant women or women who may become pregnant, as the ingredients can cause contractions in the uterus or affect pelvic organs, posing risks for preterm labor or miscarriage. Breastfeeding women should also avoid taking this medication, as certain ingredients may be transferred to breast milk and cause diarrhea in infants. Patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic disorders should avoid this medication, as it contains lactose which may cause issues for them. It is advisable not to take other laxatives concurrently with this medication, as interactions between the two could exacerbate side effects. Stimulant laxatives can lead to tolerance and worsen constipation if used for extended periods, so continuous use should not exceed a week. Caution is needed when using along with potassium supplements, licorice-containing products, or specific diuretics, as hypokalemia or myopathy may occur.
