This medication is used for physical fatigue or decreased strength during pregnancy, lactation, and during or after illness, as well as in old age when vitamin supplementation is needed. It helps relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness, as well as assisting in the alleviation of pigmentation (melasma, freckles) caused by sunlight or skin diseases. It is effective in preventing gum bleeding and nosebleeds and is also used to alleviate symptoms of peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and cold sensitivity. Zinc supplementation is also included to contribute to overall health improvement.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 2 capsules once daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be administered to women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant if taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily. This is to reduce the risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus. Individuals allergic to any components in this medication, infants under 12 months old, and those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. During the course of this medication, it is advisable not to take it together with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics such as tetracyclines, and antacids. Those with specific conditions, such as gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular abnormalities, kidney disorders, gout, hyperlipidemia, or diabetic dyslipidemia, must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains a dye called Yellow No. 5, so those allergic to this ingredient should be cautious. If unusual symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin itching, skin rash, hair loss, digestive disorders, or low blood pressure occur during treatment, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, women may experience menstrual changes or bleeding, and there may be an increased risk of thrombosis when taking with oral contraceptives. Long-term high-dose use may induce tolerance or affect bone health, so appropriate dosage should be adhered to. The dosage and administration of this medication should be strictly followed, and care should be taken not to exceed a total intake of 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily. This medication can affect blood sugar measurement during urinalysis, and drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, should be avoided before and after taking this medication. Patients with abnormal fat metabolism should regularly check their blood lipid levels and may need to adjust medication dosages if necessary. Finally, this medication should be stored in a place inaccessible to children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place to maintain quality. Do not transfer it to another container.

Interactions
Drug interactions
