The vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, C contained in this medicine help maintain health during physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, recovery from illness, growth periods, and old age. In particular, vitamin A is effective in alleviating dry eyes and preventing night blindness, while vitamin D plays a crucial role in improving poor bone and dental development and preventing rickets. It is used to supplement the vitamins needed in various situations to improve overall health.

How to take

Adult dose

Children 8 years and older and adults: 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day. Chew or dissolve in the mouth after meals.

Child dose

Ages 36 months and older to under 8 years: 1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day. Chew or dissolve in the mouth after meals.

Precautions

Caution should be taken when administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily to women in the first three months of pregnancy or women who may become pregnant, as it may pose a risk of congenital malformations in the fetus. The artificial sweetener aspartame contained in this drug is broken down into phenylalanine in the body, so individuals with the hereditary condition phenylketonuria should not take it. Individuals with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, kidney stones, severe renal failure, or allergies to the components of this drug should avoid taking it. This drug should not be administered to children under 12 months old, nor to patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance or lactase deficiency. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Children under 1 year of age, patients undergoing treatment, children exposed to sunlight frequently, patients with hyperoxaluria, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a specialist before taking this drug. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, diarrhea, or hypotension occur while taking this drug, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Long-term high-dose use can lead to side effects such as neuropathy, gastrointestinal disorders, liver damage, and increased risk of hypercalcemia and osteoporosis; caution is necessary. This drug must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and instructions, and when administering to children, parental supervision is required. Vitamin A is sufficiently supplied through a normal diet, so when used as a supplementary therapy, it should not exceed 5,000 IU per day. Taking this medication may affect blood sugar test results and may change the color of urine, which should be noted. It is advisable to avoid beverages containing tannins, such as green tea and black tea, before and after taking this medication.
