The vitamins (E, B1, B2, B6) included in this medication help with physical fatigue, and with physical weakness during pregnancy, lactation, illness, or after illness, as well as in the elderly. They also relieve symptoms of peripheral circulation disorders and stiffness in the shoulders and neck during menopause, as well as cold extremities. This medication is effective for pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as for inflammatory symptoms around the mouth and tongue such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It can also assist with skin conditions such as eczema and dermatitis, and improve asthenopia. These vitamin components support overall body function and help maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this medication or any of its components or who exhibit hypersensitivity. Additionally, infants under 3 months old, or individuals allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. This medication should not be taken together with the drug levodopa. Children under 1 year of age, patients undergoing treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals with fat metabolism issues should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains a dye called Tartrazine (Yellow No. 5), so those with an allergy to this component should use caution. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, itching, or swelling occur during use, it is advised to stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Caution should be exercised as menstruation may become more frequent or bleeding may be prolonged, and women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen may have an increased risk of thrombosis. Long-term high-dose use of Vitamin B6 may cause neurological issues, and excessive intake of Vitamin B12 can lead to blood abnormalities, so caution is necessary. Additionally, high-dose use may result in gastrointestinal ulcers, blood sugar control issues, or liver damage, thus requiring vigilance. Adhere strictly to the dosage, and if administered to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian; this medication can change urine color to yellow and may affect test results. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor blood lipid levels and adjust medication dosage if necessary. Finally, this medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in its original container to maintain quality.
