Treatment of athlete's foot caused by dermatophytes
This medication is used to treat skin infections caused by dermatophytes such as Trichophyton, Microsporum canis, and Epidermophyton floccosum. It effectively improves skin fungal infections, particularly athlete's foot. It can be used in adolescents aged 15 years and older as well as adults, helping to alleviate symptoms in the infected area and restore skin health. Regular use can quickly treat skin infection symptoms.
This medication is applied only once. Before application, wash the affected area clean and dry it completely, then apply an adequate amount to sufficiently moisten the affected area and its surroundings. For complete treatment of the fungus, apply even to the side of the foot without lesions, both feet. Spread this medication thinly between the toes and apply to the entire sole and up to about 1.5 cm above the sole for 1 to 2 minutes to dry.
This medication is a topical agent containing terbinafine hydrochloride and is used for the treatment of skin fungal infections. Do not use this medication if you have had allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to terbinafine or any other ingredients in this medicine. If symptoms such as rash, redness, erythema, itching, irritation, contact dermatitis, skin peeling, throbbing pain, or burning sensation occur while using, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. If there is excessive irritation or symptoms worsen, it is also important to stop use and consult a professional. Unless specifically directed by a physician, it is recommended not to cover the area with a sealed bandage or wrapping. If this medication is ineffective, you should get tested for other fungal infections and if necessary, receive different antifungal treatment. Due to the presence of alcohol, which may cause skin irritation, special caution is required when using it on infants or sensitive mucous membranes. This medication is for topical use only and care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. If it gets into the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
