Precautions

This medication should not be administered to patients with hypersensitivity to R-α-lipoic acid tramadol hydrochloride. This medication contains Yellow No. 4 (tartrazine) dye, so patients with allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to this ingredient should use it with caution. While taking this medication, side effects such as sensory abnormalities, pain, headaches, constipation, abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, cough, cystitis, and diarrhea may occur. Rarely, serious adverse reactions such as kidney stones or facial edema may occur, and immediate consultation with a doctor is necessary if symptoms are severe. Diabetic patients taking this medication may experience impacts on blood sugar control, so frequent monitoring of blood sugar levels is necessary, and dosage adjustments may be required.
