This medication is used to help supply vitamins E, B1, B2, B6 when there is physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, while recovering from illness or after illness, and in later years. It also helps relieve shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness and coldness of the hands and feet associated with peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. It alleviates symptoms of pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as symptoms of inflammation of the lips or oral cavity, dermatitis, and eczema, and is effective in improving beriberi and eye fatigue. Overall, this medication is used to treat and improve various symptoms of fatigue, blood circulation disorders, and discomfort related to skin and nerves.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults: 1 tablet 1-2 times a day or 1-2 tablets once a day.

Children's dosage

Children aged 8 years and older and adolescents: 1 tablet 1-2 times a day or 1-2 tablets once a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by those who are allergic to this medication or any of its components. Moreover, infants less than 3 months old should not take this medication. It is important not to take this medication concurrently with certain drugs, especially Levodopa. If you are an infant under 1 year old, currently receiving medical treatment, pregnant or potentially pregnant, breastfeeding, a premature baby, or a child, you must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you experience discomfort in the stomach, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash, vomiting, or oral inflammation during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, if the menstrual cycle becomes more frequent than usual or if bleeding persists for a long time, it is necessary to stop taking the medication and seek consultation. If you are taking an oral contraceptive or are at risk of thrombosis, be cautious as the vitamin E contained in this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis. Prolonged intake of more than 500 mg per day of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) may lead to nerve abnormalities, so do not overdose. High doses of vitamin B12 can result in blood-related side effects, and caution is required. Excessive use of this medication may cause peptic ulcers, impaired blood sugar control, hyperuricemia, liver damage, etc., so be sure to adhere to the specified dosage. If you accidentally overdose or if symptoms do not improve after approximately one month of use, consult a professional immediately. When taking this medication, strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and when administering to children, supervision by an adult is required. This medication can turn urine yellow, which may affect clinical test results. Store in a container that is tightly closed to avoid exposure to air or moisture.
