This medication is used for nutritional supplementation, improvement of weakened constitution, recovery from physical fatigue, recovery during and after illnesses, gastrointestinal disorders, nutritional deficiencies, febrile wasting diseases, and nutritional support during pregnancy and lactation.

How to take

Adult dose

Persons aged 15 and over: 2 tablets per dose, 1 to 2 times a day

Child dose

Children (ages 7 to 14): 1 tablet per dose, 1 to 2 times a day

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by individuals who are allergic to this medicine or any of its components. It is safest not to administer this medicine to patients with very poor kidney function or severe kidney failure. It is recommended not to use this medicine for children under 7 years old. Patients who have experienced or have a history of myocardial infarction should not take this medicine. This medicine contains lactose; therefore, it should not be administered to patients with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders. Patients undergoing treatment or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. If gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, or any other symptoms occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Care must be taken as menstrual cycles may become more frequent or bleeding may last longer. Women taking contraceptives or individuals at risk for thrombosis should be aware that taking this medicine with vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. High-dose prolonged use of pyridoxine (vitamin B6) may result in symptoms of nerve damage, so caution is advised. High doses may cause side effects such as peptic ulcers, blood sugar control disorders, increased uric acid, and liver damage, so dosage must be adhered to. The prescribed dosage and method of administration must be strictly followed, and parental supervision is required when administering to children. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medicine should not be taken with certain drugs, especially levodopa. Taking this medicine may cause the urine to turn yellow, but this may affect clinical test results. Keep out of reach of children, store in a place away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place with the lid tightly closed. Avoid misuse or abuse, do not take expired products, and it is best to use within 6 months of opening. It is advisable to avoid transferring to another container.

Drug interactions

Do not take this medicine with levodopa. Consult with a doctor or pharmacist if taken with oral contraceptives containing estrogen.
