Vitamin E should be provided during old age and helps alleviate peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and cold sensations. It is also effective in improving muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. Due to these effects, vitamin E is used to improve blood circulation and maintain muscle health.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For adolescents aged 12 years and older and adults: 1 capsule twice daily

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals allergic to certain ingredients or infants under 12 months, and patients with severe renal dysfunction. Those with a history of allergies to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should also not take this medication. Patients with issues in fat metabolism should regularly check their serum lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly.
