Precautions

This medication contains sodium hyaluronate as an ingredient and is used to relieve dryness and irritation in the eyes. This medication should not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to protein-based medications. Side effects such as eyelid itching, eye irritation, conjunctivitis, congestion, and corneal damage may occur; if these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Rarely, discharge or eye pain may occur, and hypersensitivity reactions such as blepharitis or dermatitis have also been reported, so caution is required. When used in conjunction with certain medications such as steroids, antibiotics, and glaucoma medications, the likelihood of side effects may increase; therefore, notify your healthcare provider and exercise caution. This medication is for ophthalmic use only, and it is important to avoid contamination by ensuring that the tip of the container does not touch the eyelids or eyelashes. Do not use this medication while wearing soft contact lenses; wait at least 15 minutes after using the drops before wearing the lenses. For single-use products, discard the first 1-2 drops after opening, use the opened solution immediately, and discard any remaining contents.
