Collirin Soft Capsule (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dosage

Administer 400 mg of choline alfoscerate orally 2～3 times daily. The dose may be adjusted as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its components. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this drug, as it affects the neurotransmitter dopamine. If such symptoms appear, the doctor can adjust the dosage downwards. Note that it can affect the digestive system and may lead to gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders. Additionally, symptoms such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, and in severe cases, seizures or excessive motor activity may occur. This drug should be stored in a safe place out of the reach of children. Moreover, transferring it to another container may result in accidents or deteriorate the quality of the drug, so it is advisable to keep it in its original container.
