BK Sol C Liquid (Citrate Hydrate)

Adult dosage

This medication is used only in artificial kidney dialysis machines with specified dilution concentrations and cleaning times that allow for the use of citrate hydrate. The amount, dilution concentration, and cleaning time of this medication are in accordance with the manual of the artificial kidney dialysis machine (maximum dilution concentration: citrate hydrate as 0.42% or higher). After dialysis treatment, it must be rinsed for more than 10 minutes before disinfection is performed. The disinfection order is pre-rinse (water), boiling disinfection (citrate hydrate).

This medication should not be administered directly to the human body, as it is not created for human application. Patients sensitive to the components of this medication should not use artificial kidney dialysis machines treated with this product. Allergic or hypersensitive reactions may occur. This medication should not be used in any way other than the prescribed method and dosage. Improper use may be dangerous. If inhaled, immediately breathe fresh air and, if necessary, rinse the nose, mouth, and throat with clean water. Contact with skin may cause irritation, so in case of contact, remove contaminated clothing and wash the skin thoroughly with a sufficient amount of water. If it comes into contact with the eyes, it may cause eye irritation, so immediately rinse the eyes with clean water for 10–15 minutes and follow the doctor's instructions while keeping the eyes wide open. If this medication is taken, a stinging sensation in the mouth and throat or stomach pain may occur, so after taking it, it is advisable to rinse the mouth with water and drink two glasses of water or milk. Do not induce vomiting and always follow the doctor's instructions. This medication is intended only for use in artificial kidney dialysis machines and must be used along with the thermal disinfection program of the artificial kidney dialysis machine. When using, be careful to avoid contact with skin and eyes, and always wear appropriate protective gear such as gloves and eye protection. Always refer to the instructions for use of the artificial kidney dialysis machine for proper usage. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children and should not be stored for long periods in direct sunlight or high-temperature environments. This medication should be kept in its original container, as transferring it to another container may lead to accidents and is not conducive to maintaining quality. The ventilation cap of the container should not be touched. Used medication should never be put back into the container and must be disposed of properly.

Mild side effects

Skin irritation, eye irritation, stinging sensation in the mouth and throat, stomach pain

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to protect it from air and moisture, and it is safe to keep it at room temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way will help maintain the effectiveness of the medication for a long time.
