Efficacy & effects

Improvement in blood pressure control for essential hypertension

  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

For patients with essential hypertension, there may be cases where blood pressure is not adequately controlled using amlodipine or telmisartan alone. In such cases, co-administration of both medications can effectively lower blood pressure. Proper blood pressure control is crucial to reducing the risk of complications such as heart disease and stroke. Therefore, this medication is used for improving blood pressure control in patients with essential hypertension.
