This medication is used to treat constipation and helps relieve symptoms that may occur due to constipation, such as loss of appetite, abdominal bloating, intestinal fermentation abnormalities, and hemorrhoids.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: Take 3 tablets once per day at bedtime (on an empty stomach). Start with the minimum dose and adjust based on the shape and condition of the stool.

Child dose

Ages 11 to under 15: Take 2 tablets once per day at bedtime (on an empty stomach). Start with the minimum dose and adjust based on the shape and condition of the stool.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with acute abdominal disorders or intestinal obstruction, and by children under the age of 7. Additionally, it contains lactose, so individuals with genetic issues such as lactase deficiency or galactose intolerance should not take it. When taking this medication, do not take antacids or milk together, and wait at least 1 hour after ingestion. If severe abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting occurs, or if you are pregnant or potentially pregnant, or if you are taking other medications, consult a doctor or pharmacist.
