This medication is used to supplement vitamins B1, B2, B6, D, and zinc. It helps when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy or lactation, when physical strength is reduced due to illness or after illness, and during growth periods or in the elderly. It is also effective in alleviating various pains such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and improves oral inflammation (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) and skin diseases (eczema, dermatitis). Vitamin D is important for preventing impaired bone and dental growth as well as rickets. It helps reduce eye fatigue. Zinc supplementation contributes to enhancing immunity and wound healing. Through these effects, it is used for overall health enhancement and symptom relief.

How to take

Adult dose

Adolescents and adults aged 12 years and older: 1 tablet per dose, taken twice a day or 2 tablets per dose, taken once a day

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia (excess calcium in the blood), sarcoidosis (an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease), and those with kidney disease. Also, people who have allergic reactions to this drug or any of its components, babies under 12 months of age, patients with kidney stones, and those with severe renal failure should not take this medication. While taking this medication, phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and drugs such as levodopa should not be taken together. Patients receiving treatment from a physician, those with oxalosis, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, children, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiac or circulatory dysfunction, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, and with a history of kidney stones should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as oral inflammation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, abnormal heart rhythm, central nervous system problems, dermatitis, hair loss, gastrointestinal disorders, hypotension, pulmonary edema occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Long-term and high-dose use can lead to tolerance and high intake of certain vitamin components may cause neuropathy or abnormal hematological reactions. High-dose administration can worsen peptic ulcers, disrupt glucose metabolism, cause hyperuricemia, lead to liver damage, and may result in swelling or symptoms of heart failure, so caution is advised. Care should be taken as concomitant use with certain diuretics may increase the risk of high potassium levels in the blood. In case of overdose, immediate consultation with a professional is necessary, and if symptoms do not improve within a month of use, it is important to notify a professional.
