Alcapone Soft Capsule (Cholin Alfoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer choline alfoscerate 400 mg orally per dose, 2～3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic to this drug or any of its ingredients. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should also avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this drug, which is due to the drug's dopamine action. If these symptoms appear, the dosage of the medication should be reduced. This drug may affect the digestive system, leading to gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders. Symptoms such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, nervousness, seizures, and excessive movement may appear in the central nervous system. This medication should be stored out of reach of children. Additionally, transferring the medication into another container may lead to accidents or deterioration of the drug's quality, so it is recommended to keep it in the original container.
