Asecoll Tablet (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer 400mg of choline alfoscerate orally 2-3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This drug should not be used in patients with an allergic reaction to this drug or its ingredients. Additionally, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this drug. Nausea may occur when taking this drug, which is due to its effect on dopamine action in the brain. If nausea is severe, the dosage should be reduced. It can affect the gastrointestinal tract, potentially causing gastritis or gastrointestinal disorders. Central nervous system side effects may include drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, agitation, convulsions, and excessive motor activity. This drug should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children. Moreover, transferring the drug to another container should be avoided as it increases the risk of accidents and is not good for maintaining the drug's quality.
