Inhibition of elevated SGPT in chronic persistent hepatitis
The patient's persistent elevation of SGPT may indicate hepatocyte damage, which is related to chronic persistent hepatitis. This medication helps restore liver function, reduce inflammation, and improve liver cell damage. It is used to restore liver health, alleviate hepatitis symptoms, and prevent further liver damage.
Typically, 1 capsule for adults, taken orally 3 times a day after meals.
This medication should not be used in patients with complete biliary obstruction. Additionally, this medication contains lactose, so it should not be taken by patients with genetic metabolic disorders such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption. Care should be taken when using this medication in patients with chronic active hepatitis, cirrhosis, hypokalemia, severe pancreatic disease, peptic ulcer, or cholelithiasis. During treatment, gastrointestinal symptoms such as diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting may occasionally occur, and rarely abdominal pain, constipation, heartburn, or upper gastrointestinal discomfort may develop. Allergic reactions such as itching or rashes may occur, and skin rashes may rarely develop, but these symptoms usually subside with the use of antihistamines. Transient jaundice may occur, but symptoms improve with cessation of medication or by using jaundice treatment agents. Rarely, systemic fatigue or dizziness may occur. This medication must be taken at the prescribed dosage and frequency, and if symptoms do not improve or abnormal symptoms develop after long-term use, discontinuation should occur immediately and a doctor or pharmacist should be consulted. Store in a safe place out of reach of children. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant are advised not to take this medication, as it may harm the fetus. Caution should be exercised when taken alongside oral diabetic medication, as it may enhance the effects of the diabetes medication.
