The vitamin E and vitamin B1 contained in this medication can help when physical fatigue or physical strength is decreased during pregnancy, nursing, or because of illness. It is also recommended for the elderly. Vitamin E is effective in improving peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms, such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness in the hands and feet, and coldness. Vitamin B1 alleviates various painful symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and helps prevent beriberi and relieve eye fatigue. It is also used to relieve muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medication is widely used to improve various fatigue, pain, and blood circulation issues.
Dosage and Administration
Adult dosage
Aged 12 years and older: 1 capsule, twice a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by individuals with an allergy to this medication or any of its ingredients. Additionally, infants under 12 months old, patients with severe renal failure, and those allergic to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should not take this medication. If your menstrual cycle becomes more frequent or if bleeding persists, you should also stop taking this medication and consult. For individuals taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombus, caution is needed as this medication may increase the risk of thrombosis. Overdose may lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema, so be careful; there is also a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with some diuretics.
