Dimencolin Tablets (Choline Alphoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer 400 mg of choline alfoscerate orally 2-3 times daily. Adjust the dose as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used in patients who are allergic to this drug or its components. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should not take this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this drug, which could be related to the action of dopamine in the brain, so if symptoms appear, the dosage should be reduced. It may affect the digestive system, so precautions should be taken as gastritis or other gastrointestinal disorders may occur. Additionally, it may affect the central nervous system, leading to drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, and in severe cases, convulsions or excessive motor activity.
