The vitamins E, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medication help alleviate specific symptoms and promote health. Vitamin E alleviates peripheral circulatory disorders and menopausal symptoms, such as stiffness in the shoulders or neck and coldness in the hands and feet. Vitamin B1 is effective in reducing neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 relieve oral inflammation such as stomatitis, cheilitis, and glossitis, as well as symptoms of eczema and dermatitis. They also help with muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency. This medication can be used in various situations such as physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, decreased physical strength during and after illness, and old age.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals age 12 and over, take 1 tablet twice daily.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by anyone who has had an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its components. Infants under 12 months should not take this medication. Patients with severely impaired kidney function should also avoid this medication. It is advisable not to take drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, and antacids while taking this medication. Additionally, the medication levodopa should not be taken concurrently. If you are receiving medical treatment or are pregnant, possibly pregnant, nursing, or have a premature baby or small child, you should consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Patients with heart or circulatory problems or abnormal kidney function, and patients with hypoproteinemia should also consult with a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as stomach discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, rash, redness, nausea, vomiting, loose stools, red spots, abnormal heartbeats, or central nervous system dysfunction occur while taking this medication, you should immediately stop taking it and consult with a healthcare professional. If your menstrual cycle becomes shorter or bleeding persists for a long time, you should also stop taking it and consult with a professional. Caution is needed when taking vitamin E with oral contraceptives containing estrogen or in patients at risk of thrombosis, as this could increase the risk of thrombosis. Long-term consumption of pyridoxine over 500mg to 2g daily may lead to neurological symptoms. Patients with folic acid deficiency should be cautious when taking vitamin B12 in doses above a certain level, as it may cause hematological reactions. Excessive doses can lead to symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Caution is also needed when taking with antialdosterone drugs or triamterene, as it may increase blood potassium levels. If symptoms do not improve after taking this medication or if you have taken excessive amounts, you should immediately consult a healthcare professional. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration. Urine may turn yellow during treatment, which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid tea containing tannins such as green tea and black tea during and around the time of taking this medication. This medication should be kept out of the reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
